High Temperature Calcium Silicate Insulation Board for Industrial Furnaces

Leadsun Calcium Silicate Board is an asbestos-free thermal insulation material designed for continuous service temperatures from 650°C to 1100°C. It is lightweight, durable, and offers low thermal conductivity and high mechanical strength. Available in 650, 1000, and 1100 grades, it is widely used as backup insulation in steel, petrochemical, ceramic, cement, and glass industries, and for fire protection in construction. It helps improve energy efficiency, production performance, and workplace safety. In building applications, it is also suitable for ceilings, fireproof walls, and decorative sound-absorbing panels.
